I had to reach that point when I was ready to decide. It took 25 years of hitting "bottom" time and time again, thinking I was ready to quit, but never "deciding" to quit. Funny how that works. Rehabs, gutters, institutions, you name it, nothing could stop me, until I stopped myself. I decided to stop. Good words, Leon. I have a year sober as of last Tuesday. I'm glad I found you on here. Leon, that’s real talk I’m Gary nice to hear the truth and positive vibes and energy coming from you.., last night yesterday I’ve just done 3 grams of cocaine split into 3 grams in one go .!! In the toilet seat .. and freeze high on my bed tossing and turning all night .!! Then this morning drank nearly a full half bottle of vodka 35CL with 2 cans of coke cola !!!

As from today I’m getting help and support from my local drug and alcohol rehab councillor, sober and reality is the path to Happiness For ME it’s all about Motivation Determination Willpower Selfcontrol, Positive Vibes And Energy⭐️

I'm 29 years old and have thought a few times I should stop drinking knowing how unhealthy alcohol is. I've been stopping myself from quitting because I don't drink often so don't have a 'problem' yet when I do occasionally binge drink I've had so many negative experiences. From crying, screaming, feeling the worst depressed feeling, to falling out with my boyfriend, to even slapping my boyfriend, and of course throwing up and feeling terrible hangovers. I really do want to stop because the negatives are out weighing the positives and my boyfriend doesn't deserve my drunken rage. Clearly my body is trying to warn me to stop and I know I must. These videos are super informative and inspiring so thank you.

Another excellent sage piece of advice Leon. We watch your video clips regularly to refocus and stay on track. We feel better and we just tell our family and friends that we are taking a break(more of your advice). Little do they know that it is a permanent break. Thanks for your effort and training on how to reframe how to look at alcohol. Dave
P.S. In 3 years I will be able to buy a brand new Honda CB 500X from the money I did not spend on alcohol plus I will feel fantastic to ride and hike.

I made my decision to stop drinking three weeks ago. I honestly feel like a new person. I can’t wait to see the endless possibilities. I do feel it’s a work in progress because I was so use to drinking but the end was not good never. Today I have to be creative to reprogram my self to not drink but that seems to come naturally with the mind set that alcohol is a poison at the end. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Leon. Im one day sober from drinking, enough ve tried several times have only made it 9 days in probably last since i was 19 I'm 24 now i stay functioning but i know its gonna fall apart and is getting in my way of growing my pool business I've started getting with drawls any advice should I go to detox

I wouldn't "guarantee" anything as you could be held liable. I have made that decision a thousand times and it hasn't helped yet. I want the help but the decision absolutely doesn't mean you're going to be clean tomorrow. And definitely don't recommend cold turkey from this.
