My fitness goal is to listen to my body. I don't want to be obsessed with the scale, it's ok if you don't feel ok to workout today or if you eat something unhealthy. Life is all about balance. I just wanna feel strong and well (physically and mentally). Happy new year in advance!

In 2015 I gave up smoking. In 2016 I lost 28 pounds. This year I lost a further 28 pounds. It is totally possible to stick to your goals.

I am a high school student and I’m going to graduate this year. I’ve been busy for the past few weeks because of the activities OJT etc, and because of this stress and stress eating ruined my 2017 body LOL however since it’s already 2018 I need to change for myself, I need to be healthy and fit for a lifetime ! I’m going to give this a try and make it into a habit! Wish me good luck! I’m going to update this as I go on a fitness journey 😊😊

My fitness (and stop food waste) goal is to make a meal plan at least for 3-4 next days and shopping list accordingly. This way I avoid eating random foods, wasting bought randomly food and save money but so far it's been almost impossible to stick to it. And I am not talking about meal prep on Sunday, I would cook gradually every day.

You are amazing! I'm a follower from the Philippines. In 2018, I commit to continue with intermittent fasting and Ketogenic diet. These two really made me lose considerable pounds. Unfortunately, I gained weight again this December due to non-stop eating since my trip to Taiwan and the so many holiday parties I've been attending. Really thankful for this video.
