Potato Dauphinoise Recipe Easy and Tasty
The Spice City recipe for potato dauphinoise.
Ingredients:
400ml (13.5oz) heavy cream
salt
pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
rosemary
potatoes
butter
parmesan
mozzarella
Recipe: Make a sauce using the heavy cream, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil then cool it. Slice the potatoes using a mandoline. Grease a backing tray with butter then sit one row of potato slices, salt and pepper them, pour a little bit of the sauce and continue adding potatoes in the same way 5-6 times. At the end pour the rest of the sauce over the potatoes and finish with parmesan and mozzarella on top. Bake it for 40 minutes at 160ºC (320ºF). Good appetite!
