What I do for exosuit tech is "Store" all the modules as items. Then they won't be damaged, and I can immediately reinstall them. Here's another tip: after going through the portal, go through a black hole before warping to the center. If you do this, you'll spawn near the core in the next galaxy instead of on the edge. This is called a "Core To Core Jump".

The player/community made 'Galactic Federation' or whatever is usually built up around the Galactic-core, right? This is for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC communities?

Always good explanation and thorough testing to be expected on your channel.

I am a bit confused though why everyone calls the spaces like Euclid or Hilbert galaxies. There is no typical galactic structure descernable when you look at the star map. No starclusters, no regions of barely any stars between the galactic arms. It all looks very homogenous, as if the whole universe were more or less evenly filled with stars that do not form galaxies. Even the game itself says that you are traveling to another dimension when flying through the centre, not to another galaxy.

Nice video thank you, I learned a lot about galaxy’s in nms, actually i was wondering if we all spawn at 700, 000 ly from galactic core or some lucky players spawn nearby, and before that portal glitch was found, did someone ever really travelled to first core the legit way ? 🤣

I've noticed that tunneling underground keeps shields either neutral or recharging. Might save some lives.

im on my way to the center of the Budullangr galaxy right now. im half way. been at it for about 4 hours. i figure about 4 more. goin about 6k ly each black hole and about 1400 ly average with my ship to each next black hole. i was about 650k ly away when i started doin this. but im gonna make it to the center. im at 290k ly away now. my ships hyperdrive range is 1502. thats 3 S class modules all 3 givin over 260 ly
