Plug trays are a good option. But transplanting is a bust if you break the seedling while transplanting

Can you do an in-depth guide like this with peppers? I attempted it last year using the pepper seedling video you posted, and I thought I followed it well, but the seedlings, once transferred, never grew past their cotyledons, and I don’t know why.
