Ingredients (Serves 2):

1 ripe avocado 🥑

200 g tuna (for tataki) 🐟

Citrus caviar (finger lime pearls) 🍈

2 tbsp soy sauce 🥢

1 tbsp sesame oil 🥄

1 tsp sesame seeds 🌿

1 lime 🍋 (zest and juice)

1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂


Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the tuna tataki: Season the tuna with salt, pepper, and lime zest. Sear it quickly on each side in sesame oil, keeping the center raw. Slice thinly.
2️⃣ Prepare the avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into fan-like pieces.
3️⃣ Citrus caviar: Scoop out the pearls from finger limes and set aside.
