First Potato Harvest

First potatoes are ready for harvest. Digging up spuds always makes me very aware of my history and I think it is a good idea to always diversify!

Great advice Terri, these are troubled times and the more we can support ourselves and others the better. Renting our feild was the best thing we ever did. Eating your own, hard earned, homegrown veg and fruit is magical. Have a great week, x
