We farm over 400 acres here in north east Pennsylvania, but 80 of those acres are strictly vegetables. Come take a look and see how our family works together to bring in the harvest!

I bought a 10 lb bag of Idaho potatoes from the grocery and let them sprout. 3 truck loads potatoes from a 10 lb bag 😊

Mix up of pickling and regular cucumber planting in same trays/row has been studied by UPenn Ag. It has shown to be much more productive harvest. They have named it "The Pop Pop method". Congratulations that's showing your Ochs 👍👍👍

You know how you can tell the veggie boys are in full harvest mode? they don't even bother to clip the stems off the eggplant and just throw them in the baskets.
