it seemed like the rice and chicken should be more than 7grams of protein? am I missing something?

This just doesn't seem like they will taste nice, the last meal has raw unseasoned vegetables or maybe they are steamed, which is still tasteless. The breakfast is ok. The lunch, am not sure how well seasoned the rice is, that sauce seem inadequate. I honestly feel bad for a lot of westerners and their cuisine, (of course not all western countries). It seems you guys have very little options, and very unpalatable. That is why you guys eat a lot of junk food and call it hyperpalatable. When I first traveled abroad from my country, I was so excited to try the food, because I thought it was delicious. Needless to say I didn't like it much. I would rather make my own burger than eat at Macdonalds.

Bro 280g of rice am i panda it would be better to split it on 120g it would be good adding olive oil to them 280 Yooo it's a lot and it's not beneficial

This isn’t sustainable for a lot of people. Or cource it depends on the type of person you are. Some people could do this there whole life. If you can’t see Yourself doing this for 6months to a year straight. Please keep looking for something more tasty or more seasoning. More variety
