This was a good overview. For me, what the 3.X series of updates are showing is that there needs to be a some hardware updates, hardware 3.0, to give device more power. The keyboard and some functions are a little sluggish and an update might be in order.

Silly question. Do you know if there will be a Remarkable 3 launch coming up soon? I am thinking of buying this one but it is a lot of money (for me) and I would hate to buy it just to see a new tablet launch in a few months.... also do you think they'll ever add a backlight? that's what's currently putting me off buying it but I love everything else about this tablet. I have borrowed a friend's and I love it. Thank you!!

Just bought a Remarkable and love it. I had a quick question. In my bag I carry my laptop and inside that bag I also want to carry my remarkable. Will the magnets on my remarkable break my laptop ?

Also does yourself or anyone know to get my free 1 year subscription to connect. They keep telling me I need to put on my bank details but I don't see why I need to do that as it's free and if I do that it'll charge me

Great video. Thanks for the update. I did just update to 3.0.41305. I do not have the option to add my personal information under security. Perhaps it will show up with the next update.

When does 3.1 get released to all users? I just received my new Remarkable 2 and did the updates but it only gets to 3.0 and then states I’m up to date. Please let me know if you have a date for release. Thank you
