I'm impressed. I watched a lot of reviews on these two tablets. I was really trying to decide which one to get. Somehow this was the shortest but also filled with the most content I actually wanted at the same time. Thank you!

Love how dynamic your review is. Using real world application while you discuss the specs is super engaging! Thanks for showing these

That is CRAZY thin! I might finally be able to replace my etch-a-sketch, this looks a bit easier.

Your explanation of how the black and white "ink" works on the first product is so clear and helpful. Fantastic breakdown!!

This was awesome! I'm happy e-ink devices are becoming more popular, they're so much easier on the eyes after a day of work.

The only devices that support Kindle books are Kindles and the official Kindle app. Because of that, I think a better solution is not to buy kindle books whenever possible. People being locked to a single vendor is bad in the long term.

I would NEVER buy another remarkable product. My remarkable 2 just died after about 3 years. That's too short for such a premium/expensive electronic device.

Great little review as always. Still love your enthusiasm, clear narrative, and presentation style.

Thank you so much for this video. On 5:15 you just gave me the answer that I needed to decide between the two. I love my Kindle Paper White but been thinking of upgrading it, I just wasn't sure if I could keep my Kindle books in the Remarkable. For me it just works best to stick to Kindle and keep buying my books on Amazon. The pen and handwriting functionality are super nice and might be something that I actually start using but it's really not something that I miss or feel the need to use at the moment. Having a portable reader with all the books I read at the same time is really my priority rather than something I can draw on. Thanks for the video and the information.

Thank you so much. I've always loved your practical reviews, and this review does not disappoint 😎 The past few months I have been looking at the Scribe Kindle and wondering how it stacked up. And now I know! Thank you again 👍🙏

You should take a detailed look at some of the Boox devices as well. Not always as slick, but some are full Android tablets with some great features.

I second vote to include Supernote in this review, doesn’t require a subscription (like Remarkable does for all features ), it’s meant to last longer in terms of repairability and the ceramic pen tips are supposed to give a nicer writing experience.

So glad that I’ve found your channel! And thanks for this review, been thinking about giving the Kindle scribe a go as it is discounted but still also drawn towards SuperNote Nomad

I've been using an android tablet with a screen protector that mimics paper texture. My biggest complaint is that when I want to jot something down or write something, I have to wake the tablet up, log in, open an app, try to find my last entry, etc...basically the interface/device was just not optimized for writing anything. If I want to jot down info or an idea, I just want to pick up a device and begin writing. The shorter the path to that, the better.

Boox Go 10.3 is thinner than either of these, but still doesn't have the front light. I used a remarkable 2 for a year and switched to the Boox Note Air 3 and haven't looked back. 5 minutes with Calibre and deDRM and all my Kindle books are available as EPUBs.

I would have liked some more detailed side-by-side comparisons on the writing yes the Kindle has all the e-reader capabilities and that's great but I already have a Kindle I'm looking for a writing tablet so at the end of the day for that sole purpose which one is better?
