Originally I was baptized into the Orthodox Church, but didn’t follow anything at all. I recently became Christian, I was looking at becoming Protestant, but Kyle asserted that I should be Eastern Orthodox, thank you Kyle, God Bless ☦️

Sad to see RZ on a tirade against Orthodoxy recently. I assume it's probably because terminally online Orthobros started making fun of him and he got an awful impression of Orthodoxy from them. I can't imagine that he's actually talking to an Orthodox person irl, so I don't really blame him. His latest video against Orthodoxy was extremely shallow and basically just calling on the Orthobros to attack him, he even pinned a comment saying "remember to judge the denomination by the comments on this video, by their fruits you shall know them".

Then again, he is _only_ railing against Orthodoxy specifically. He is nowhere near as antagonistic towards any schismatic group. So I assume that he saw the truth in Orthodoxy, got scared of it, was attacked by the Orthobros, and then intentionally antagonized them to justify his own rejection of Orthodoxy. Sad to see. Orthobros really need to reel in their tempers. Sure, you need to speak truth, but we aren't a mob. In a sense, RZ is right. Act like real Orthodox Christians and he might yet still convert in the future.

Too bad Jay broke RZ. RZ is now in an endless cycle of attacking Orthodox, getting caught, apologizing, and then attacking again.

He even removed people from his server for converting to Orthodoxy and threatened to remove more.

As somebody who grew up Protestant, It's not that Zoomer doesn’t care about the facts, its that he truly can't see them.

Our entire view of Christianity is Faith Alone. It's impossible for anything else to matter outside of that. As a matter of fact, anything besides you "personal relationship with Jesus" isnt just wrong, but detrimental! Its scary for them to consider anything different. So either two things will happen.
A. They will immediately seek for scriptures or other Protestant teachers that verify their positions

Or

B. The 5 percent who are humble enough to look into the history and biblical claims of Orthodoxy, because they just want to know more about Christ whether they're wrong or right, will see the Truth through time.

When I first *actually* heard about Orthodoxy, I was staunchly against it. It was man made traditions because they were not in the Bible. But, I had to accept the truth they existed long before my church did. So I read on the first Church Fathers. Saw how they spoke of the Church, and after a few years changed my mind.

Pray for him. Pray for all non-Orthodox. That's all we can do. Love and pray.

Jeff is so knowledgeable that I can’t listen to him too much. It’s often overwhelming. He def needs some animations sometimes to explain how processions and powers and all that work.

It’d be great if Jay would mention the Calvinist interpretation of predestination. It blasphemes the name of God with wicked philosophy.
Its insane to me how intelligent people like RZ are brainwashed into that mindset.
Jay often attacks Calvinism from the position of church authority, but discussing total depravity/predestination should be an easier win.

I think the Orthodox Church is the most legitimate heir to the early church. There are people that say that there cannot be salvation outside of Orthodoxy and that is ridiculous.

Having Redeemed Zoomer on to talk about these things is great. He has a big influence and it’s growing, so to sort of have these little debates it just comes across as very genuine and I have a feeling it may end up changing his mind on a lot of things.

Redeemed Zoomer straight up said that the Orthodox Church is the true Church then tried to explain how there can be multiple true churches. So that means that there are multiple truths now? If so, how can we be sure that anything is true then?
