The sleep is the hardest part this my first Ramadan the effects really putting a toll on me made me realize I should be thankful for the food and water the healthy lifestyle we could live how precocious time is how thankful I should be to train and work because the fast is really giving it to me but I got this all thanks to Allah all praise to our prophet Muhammad ☪️☪️☪️

alhamdulilah, ramadan is next thursday lets all gather together and everyone lets say alhamdulilah, allah has gave us this special month to learn a lesson and for us to get as many good deeds as possible lets say ameen that we all have a long life and lets all keep allah in our hearts. Lets all grow our imaan and insha' allah we will return to allah soon..

People should always avoid them not only in Ramadan

These are something’s I do during Ramadan:
•20 rakah tharawee عشرون ركعة التراويح
•qhatum (reading whole Quran) قراءة القرآن كاملا
•making extra dua صنع دعاء إضافي
•تحصل على أجر عمل الخير في رمضان بسبعة أضعاف ما تحصل عليه في يوم عادي you get 7x as much reward in Ramadan than on a normal day

Actually we should avoid these things even when it is not Ramadan. But i think if someone is struggling with these habits and want to quit these habits then Ramadan is the best month. May Allah forgive all our sins and accept us😭😭
