I agree with #1, especially in 2022. Houses are being sold in less than a week you will need a full-time realtor.

Sorry I do not agree with your first question! I do not lie to my clients but I have a 6-2pm full time job as well, but I can answer calls 24/7, and can schedule a time to meet whenever is necessary. I would hate to lose clients because I need to say I do have another job but I am really a full time agent as well.
