Number keys not working in Windows 10 and Windows 11? Unable to use numberic pad in windows 10? Try this simple step and let's know if it works for you. Please restart your system if the problem persists.
click on windows button I settings I Ease of Access I Mouse I turn OFF Use Numeric Keypad to move mouse around the screen

The number 5 and 6 are still working except the rest, it’s off but it still does not work...

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! OMGawd!!! Such a simple fix and it will truly bring me joy to use those 10 beautiful keys again =D I bought another keyboard thinking that'll fix it! Aha! I never would have thought a mouse setting would cripple my 10-key... and ability to breeze through data entry...entering telephone #'s PAINED me... using the top number keys for ANYTHING fired me up so fast it was almost embarassing. Having 15 yrs experience behind a desk and computer, I can usually figure "it" out. Wow! Oddly, the mouse setting has me feeling better about my normal troubleshooting skills. The bulb is "on"... forever noted in my brain and FOREVER STOKED!!! Aha... I'm totally doing carwheels in my head right now. Very Best Iviewgle! Cheers.

It was EXTREMELY simple, I just never payed attention to settings and was very much pissed off that my number pad wasn't working. Also never got any chance to show it to any technician. I watched this video and fixed my issue in matter of seconds. Thumbs up for Ivewgle :)

This works until my computer goes to sleep, then it returns to the default and I have to continually do this step again. Is there a step in regedit or somewhere else that I can change it permanently?

Thank you, it worked for my Windows 8.1. I was trying every possible way of trying to get my logitech keyboard numeric pad to work..and by doing what you did in the video. the numeric pad is back working like it should.
