Mobility generally mean the ability to move freely and easily, but in physics we have , electron mobility, holes mobility and carrier mobility.
Electron mobility is the mobility of electron in semiconductor and metals where hole mobility explains the holes mobility in semiconductor and metals, the carrier mobility refers to both electron and hole mobility.
Mobility is related to the electric field and drift velocity, and is denoted by Greek letter mu. it is equal to drift velocity divided by Electric field.
the unit of mobility is meter square per volt second, this is the si unit another alternative unit is cm square per volt second.

For drift velocity watch the following video.
