Correct. They were filmed around our 2013 car launch in Hinwil. The intro sequence was filmed last year in our wind tunnel's event area. The explanations were actually filmed in our truck hall (as there was no space in the event area due to the launch event).

Thanks for your comment. As you point out the uber-technical fan: Highly interesting target group, but still smaller than the 'average fan'. In F1, almost everything is based on compromise - and we try to find a compromise here, too.

There is no connection between the mic/earphones and the helmet. The earphones are in-ear phones, the mic is placed in a pocket of the balaclava (chin). The cables run down and are connected with the radio cables in the car when the driver is seated.
