I just feel like people should eat when they’re actually hungry. Depending on your fitness goal I guess but humans are good survivors and sometimes wouldn’t get meals three times a day

Love your stuff but disagree with this regular protein has been shown to increase protein synthesis in fact one study showed 16:8 lowers testosterone what about eating protein and intermittent fasting the other macros this was recommended by Layne Norton I think it’s a good idea. Still love your content just my 2 cents

I can’t complain that I have maintained muscle while my peer group has turned into jello but I’m too skinny and gaining weight is difficult if you don’t eat meals every 5 hours or so.
