I have a problem with my tablet. It is a Bluetooth series tablet. It was working on wireless with my old computer. I have recently purchased a brand new computer. I disconnected the connection with the old computer and successfully linked it to the new one. I have also installed and updated to the most recent Wacom driver. Even with all of this in place, my tablet will only work when it has a wired connection to my laptop. Why will it not let me do it by Bluetooth?

In Windows 10, after clicking "Connect" to pair the device it works. However, when returning to use it later, resuming a hibernating Windows, the tablet will connect (flashing blue light turns solid blue), but all input is ignored --- until I disconnect Bluetooth device, and re-add. This is pretty annoying since I paid extra money for the wireless version for the explicit reason that it would be easier to use.

When you press the power button, wait for it to blink slowly. Then go to "add devices" and click on the first option. Then connect it, wait a bit, and done! Sorry if this didn't work for you

The blue light shows up on my tablet, but it doesn't show that it can connect on my laptop. I don't know what to do.

"Pair" does not exist in Windows 10. It just says "Connect". All of your online documentation should be updated.

I can connect bluetooth but it doesn't work. When I open my computer's settings it still connects. But when I open Wacom Desktop Center my device is not visible at all. What should I do? It happened when I updated.

The blue light shows up on my tablet, but my computer can't recognize it via Bluetooth. The light flashes a lot quicker on my tablet in comparison to the tablet in the video.

Hi. I have a problem with my tablet. I can use the tablet with usb cable just fine but can't connect to my computer via bluetooth. My tablet can be seen in the devices but it's faded and when i have bluetooth on and press the power button the blue light appears. but it disappears without connecting to my computer. I reinstalled the driver but it didn't help at all. I'm using windows 7 and my tablet model is CTL-4100WL. Please help me.

Hello Wacom, I've tried this method. It says it is connected but the tablet is not working with BT. It's connected as other device instead of mouse, keyboard, pen. What should I do to fix this problem?

I can't get my tablet to stay connected via bluetooth. I followed all the steps. It connects, installs the drivers, sits unresponsive for about three seconds and then disconnects on its own. I restarted the computer. I turned off all bluetooth devices with me. The tablet only works when plugged in. Wacom Intuos Model CTL 4100WL, Windows 7 PC, Driver 6.3.31-4

I followed the steps to connect it with my MacBook Pro but the connection is terrible. It’s extremely laggy and too frustrating to use for even normal tasks that i would usually use a mouse or trackpad for.
Please is there any way to fix this? Otherwise its really not usable via Bluetooth. It works fine when its connected via cable, but that’s not why i bought it...

Tablet Model Name: CTL-4100WL
Operating System Version: macOC Mojave 10.14.1
Installed Wacom driver: 6.3.33-5 - Wacom Desktop Center says its already up to date
