Solution: the easiest way to get anything sorted is to go through their customer support (on their website) and talk to someone online, it was super easy and the person was really helpful.
im not getting the blue banner in the Wacom Desktop Center to allow me to register the device. ive run the set up wizard, restarted my pc, still not banner. what can i do?

Hey everyone! This is a 2023 comment, so the solution mentioned below works as of now.

Solution I found on Windows 10:
1. Register a new account.
2. If registered, then first login on the website.
3. Then login on your Wacom Center to register.
4. In case it doesn't work, then go to Settings --> Restart Driver.
5. You should get a light blue band at the complete top of your Wacom Center.
6. Click the band and your device should get registered.

IDK if the order of everything matters, but if things don't work on the Wacom Center, then make sure you're logged in and Restart Driver.
I am not a person to comment on any platforms ever, but this was a REAL struggle, and it seems like no one found a solution that they could put in the comments section. So, I really hope this helps y'all!

For everyone that still don't get blue Button after clicking the Tab in the Wacom Desktop Center: You first need to register an account!
Then after registering and going back to the Wacom Desktop Center and clicking on the blue Info about the tablet not being registered, it should work just fine.

(This was on Windows, so idk about mac)
