My only issue from a year ago was connection stability and bugs that made me clip though the map. Kind of stopped my progress in it's tracks. Hopefully that's been fixed.

Hey love the video, but i want to make a counter argument as a newbie regarding Avengers side entrance. If you hit Y while fumbling around not very familiar with the internal layouts you might eject yourself out of the ship mid space or in atmosphere. So that Cockpit entrance is an advantage and disadvantage at the same time. Sidenote: Cutter is great when it comes to dragging bodies from a bunker for a good ol looting, no need to drop the body, press to open door and enter ship, then tractor beam the body inside....you just drag it haha.

I have to say that your recent videos have piqued my interest in Star Citizen. I am still not willing to buy into an Alpha release, but I have to admit those graphics and interface look pretty nice. The character model with the big pack and rifles is neat. When you were walking around the ships, I was a little put off at how....compact they are. Definitely giving me Star Wars vibes more than anything based on hard Sci-Fi. I mean, where do they put the fuel? 🙂

That being said, I like the overall aesthetic and interface. I do have a question though; How does PvP work? Is it an opt-in system or are you always at risk of some other player taking his bad day out on you?

EDIT: And how does Insurance work. I see many of the Starter ships come with some number of months of Insurance. I am pretty sure I have the general idea but it would be useful to drill down into the details on that.

I'm still trying to find my "click" with SC... As a handicap gamer, I need to remap everything to an Xbox Elite controller and that's fine, but I never have seen more Buying ships for RL money and cool aesthetics. I'd like to understand more.

Been in the game for about a week now and have yet to have the bed on board my ship be of much use. I lie down, log out and without fail, I log back into a hospital bed and the ship is considered to have been destroyed.

Can't decide between the Avenger and the Cutter. Avenger sounds better overall but the Cutter has a storage locker inside and a lot of interactive components.

Had Aurora MR and no there is not enough space. It glitches all the time, sometimes even got destroyed. i spent so much time trying to put three simple boxes there that eventually after one big reset I call it quit. It is ok, but I woud go for some other tbh.

75$ to buy a ship in a game… It can be the greatest game there ever was and the tech is amazing. But this is still way too much for anything digitally tied to only one game and one purpose.

When trying to get new players into the game I'm not sure what to say now. Buy one of the warbond package and just F*** SQ42 they have absolutely nothing to show us now anyway? And then do you advise people go straight to the Titan package or spend the extra $4.5 to buy an Aurora and upgrade the LTI Argo to a Titan. I feel like having two quantum drive ships is much more useful than one being a MPUV and this way the LTI is on your Titan... Even though the package cost roughly 5 bucks more and the ship value is technically 5 dollars less.
