Keep in mind Sarah will dislike a few things you do in this quest line and it makes leveling her up hard. I recommend leaving her and bringing vasco along instead since he won’t dislike anything you do.

Couple of tips:
1: If you cant land on Porrima III (Red Mile) You have to complete "Into the unknown" main story quest first.
This was driving me nutz, was following so many different tips to try and solve this problem, but eventually I found that main story quest was blocking progression.

2: For the last section at the Factory... You need more med packs!!!

3: If you do run out of medpacks if you can find a bed, there are two in the last zone, you can sleep for 1hour (with enemies around) and it will heal you to full.

The mantis is cool but no one will fight me unless I stay on top of them or they out-level me due to the ships reputation/fame. They all turn blue and book it out of the system lol.

I completely rebuilt my Star Eagle from the ground up and renamed it “Pegasus”. I gave it the big Taiyo cockpit, Deimos armory, shielded cargo and extra cargo, tons of different structural changes, and swapped around all the habs. It has a Stroud captains quarters upstairs, Npva living quarters, Deimos armory and Deimos workshop. The whole bottom level is the engine bay. It is absolutely BADASS 🦅

When your going to hunt down Paxton Hull, I would recommend taking the larger firefights at long range and bringing a metric f**k ton of med packs. I died once because I ran out of med packs to heal, got pushed out of cover with a grenade, and then got lit up by 3 or 4 soldiers with machine guns.

For anyone wondering, this takes way longer to get than the video makes it seem. Between the go here, go there of a Bethesda game and being really under leveled if you’re trying to do this early, just be prepared. It’ll take several hours and you’ll probably have to do some parts of it over and over

You should have mentioned that in the last part of the cave mine to look for Maya Cruz it's filled with robots who will gun you down easily if you're under leveled. I had to level myself up a bit to get through it.

if youre doing this quest line with the starter ship, make sure you leave one ship disabled in each wave so that you can dock, kill the crew and then be able to fast travel somwhere to fix your ship and buy more parts if needed, save the game of course and then do that for each wave and youre good to go lol i didnt want to spend money on my starter ship so im sure some people are thinking the same

BEWARE on the part before you run the "red mile" there is a massive glitch preventing people from progressing. make sure you do a hard save before you talk to "MEI" the owner of the "red mile" select the option (i'll take some time to prepare) then come back to her and start your dialog.

i'm currently stuck on this part with no recent previous save to help me. im quite literally going to have to wait for a patch before i can progress this mission :(

a tip i want people to know is too make a boss really low then turn it to very hard and then you always will get a lengendary weapon

This quest line was fun up until that fuken space battle. I've been attempting to defeat the 3 waves of ships for nearly 4 hours now. Pretty much can't be done with the starter ship, even with upgrades. That last wave is brutal. I guess I'll level up some more and try again another time.
