This is how to make the easiest crispy garlic parmesan chicken wings recipe

INGREDIENTS
-1Kilo chicken wings
-1 and 1/2Tbsp fish sauce
-4Tbsp cornstarch
-2Tbsp flour
-ground black pepper
-plain flour
-oil for frying
-225g butter
-1head chopped garlic
-ground black pepper
-4-6Tbsp grated parmesan cheese (NOTE!!! adjust according to preference but be careful coz it might get too salty if too much is added 😉😊)
