i like how the mines are small enough to be ignored if you aren´t looking, yet big enough so that if you are on the lookout after seeing a cheetah nearby, you´ll easily find them

Depending on the map, Cheetah is my first Mech I run with. Many times, it’s the only Mech I use for the entire game. I hide, lay mines to protect my area, and use javelin racks to pick people off.

Eventually, I’ve killed off most of the other team and I can press forward near the end of the round. Most of the time I am #1 MVP with the right map.

Getting a pilot with Mech Ability damage really makes the mines unstoppable. I hardly ever have a tank that can withstand all 3 mines.

Pro tip: don’t spread the mines around. Put them all in the same spot. That way you’re guaranteed a kill. If you spread them around, the other player will figure it out after the first mine and move away from the others.

i thought cheetah's a decent mech with its mines(which didn't do alot of damage) but after the buff its good

Cheetah my favorite mech pre buff. My main mech. Very underrated. Doesn't get credit it deserves. Great in area control. Setting traps. Even kamikaze. Few more upgrades til mine is maxed. I've figured out few ways to counter the dashes and the crashes. Zeyphers, Redoxs give me most trouble. As well as arcs and mortars.. But it earns me plenty emotes from opponents. And causes enough noise to get targeted some matches. Sneak and boom is my style. Very fun mech to play with. Worth all the grind. Watch your step!!!!
