The 777-200LR flew from Hong Kong to London “the wrong way” in 2005. What that means is that it literally flew over the pacific, then over the middle of the usa, and then flying over the Atlantic to get to London. It took 22 hours and 42 minutes.

The A350-900ULR is actually operated only by Singapore Airlines

To put it in perspective, the A350-900ULR has almost enough stated range to fly non-stop from Washington DC's Dulles International Airport to Perth International in Western Australia. That's a distance of 11, 569 miles (about 900 miles from the two cities being antipodes). Not sure the true distance you could fly before running out of fuel if you completely filled the planes fuel tanks, but the aircraft might actually be able to make that trip if conditions are right. Makes me wonder why the flight from New York to Singapore is the furthest any airline is willing to fly non-stop when the very aircraft used for this route can fly at least 1000-1500 miles further.

Abu Dhabi to SFO. Etihad

Just think that 2nd and 3rd aren’t currently in commercial use, so the A350 takes 1st and 2nd

The 777-8 bbj has a range of 13, 619 miles or 21, 918 kilometers. But it's not an airliner per say, but still impressive
