All leaves on my Orchid are yellowing and falling! Why??

If Orchids lose all of their leaves, it usually means that the crown or stem was so damaged, it is not viable anymore. There might be nothing else to do, but prevention is always possible for future Orchids!

I have a Phalaenopsis with yellowing leaves that are still attached, but it had a spike that was a very deformed ( short and curled). Even the bloom looked a bit strange. It is mounted on a palm tree is below a bunch of other Phalaenopsis that are doing fine. Could it be a virus? Or something different?

Every time I water my Phals a leaf turns yellow. It makes me afraid to water them.

my pha was mount in a tree I decide to bring it in and put it in a pot inside, she kill all the roots, aI put it in a moss, she give me one root and one leaf, she keep that leaf for a while and later start give me another leaf and another root, now she kill the second leaf from the end of the orchid, and she kill all the roots again, what can be the problem?
