Hate to be a realist, but no way that orchid pushed out two full sized leaves and a new leaf in 2 months. That’s an 8 or 10 inch pot, to put the leaves in scale, so that means a sickly orchid would be growing leaves at a rate of 4-5 inches a month. It does look like the same plant, but that’s like 10 months of “normal” growing rate. Most orchids only put out one or two leaves a year
