This is bad advice in my opinion. Ignorance is bliss for some people, but for me this would only make me stressed about it. I’m not going to gaslight myself into being an idiot just because someone else did something I don’t like. Acting ignorant doesn’t solve anything, but actually understanding why something happens can help you reach the solution.
