Amazing Stream. As someone who likes to start my first web creation business I now learned:

Get clear on you ideal clients, I know the pros and cons of the Low, Mid and High 'tier' kind of clients and ask yourself and the clients questions to understand if the client is something you'd like to do.

As someone who has worked at different Scale-Up companies, I like the low businesses growing to mid from 10 employees in some kind of basement to a 80 person company in an office. Most of the time they are not clear yet on a lot of stuff for instance branding, goals, what they actually need. There is also a lot of growing pains because, suddenly your are a bigger company. They also need to learn, that with a bigger company comes bigger price tags. Which most of the time they are not used to. Automations, systems and structures are not in place yet. etc. Thanks for this podcast again and giving insights!
