Template: "Just helped a [type of business] fix their [specific problem]. Their [key metric] was at [low number/percentage]. We implemented [name of solution/framework], focusing on [2-3 key changes made]. Now they're getting [new improved metric] and [additional positive result].

These strategies are solid. One thing that you mentioned I find difficult to implement: giving a shoutout to a client is great, but stating their original problem may be inconsiderate without their expressed permission. If someone gives a green light - great. However, in my experience, while people are happy to say how I helped them, they usually shy away from making their low starting point public. So while the contrast could be very effective, I don’t share their “before” situation without their permission.
