Natasha, my old personnel trainer ( not in age ) 😁 your help with motivation and food intake especially with proteins transformed me. Also you dd leave leave Sheffield my sessions stopped. But since then I carried on what you taught me now I DID lose weight with you but I also have maintained it. I LOVED the video to hear why we feel so good when we exercise is inspirational.
I have and still have illnesses but I learned to listen to my brain and body and fit my gym around that. I KNOW for me mentally it’s helped to transform me. Physically too.
You changed my life I will always be grateful and happy I let my fear and guard down to let you in. My little hero. Loved the video 🤗😁. Haley X

Just dont get in your own head too much. I feel like this is more true for guys. I exercise for that feeling but sometimes it takes a killer workout and sometimes it comes in just a few repetitions. So I don't always have to kill it to get my mood increased. Just remembering to cheer yourself up even when you dont do the absolute most that day is still really important to just not quit.
