Hey guys Hope your doing well... so I just wanna say I almost died today I did this workout with an mt stamich for 10 minutes directly No water No food ... I passed out Couldn't 🫁 breath or stand my body was shaking my face turned yellow 🟡🟡 I don't recommend it to anyone before eating a good meal

Loads of series are a slow burner, not too excited at the beggining
