Yeah, it hurts as hell when I tried to give him a new label (exclusive) but he let himself to be a public's unstoppably. I couldn't take it anymore.

I'm praying to God to remove any and all anger regarding narc #1 so I have *no more relapses.* Anger is unhealed pain, and I admit I still feel slight anger JUST BECAUSE her unprovoked, narcissistic rage fueled hostility triggers me thinking of many others I encountered prior to her *for years* who were Karen ish just like her.  It'll ALWAYS be ridiculous and cowardly to me that rather than just apologize when called out on jerk/bully behavior, these individuals including her reacted by acting spiteful. Just the fact that she saved a non-threatening message to try to use as ammunition as if me calling her out was in some way victimizing her 😒...Really what would she have accomplished had my message had been more insulting, and she was able to file a charge on me!? Is that part of the "narcs HAVE to win!" crap??

I still think "would you really try to get me arrested because of words that hurt your feelings!? You would actually try to put me in jail because I called you out on ungodly behavior YOU exhibited!? How could you even explain that to God??"

Even now, part of me wants to say to her "you're a poor example of what a Christian is supposed to be" but I've been told that just saying that to her would set off narcissistic rage 😕

Hey, just wanted to say thank you for making these videos! You are amazing for teaching others that they are worthy of love and kindness. I myself have not been through anything like this. But I stumbled upon it, and I had to say something. Thank you!

This is a poem I just penned, in the last 5 minutes for Suvivors of narcissistic abuse:

Warrior

I took all the blame
And accepted nothing but pain.

To you it was a game
And provided nothing but pain.

Thank you for the lessons
Now I view them all as blessings.

It took me time to see
I am now a Warrior, a believer in me.

( I'm definitely not a poet. Just the way I feel.)
