Joints actually do not seem to get much worse ie. from running. Being sedentary is a much bigger risk for joints.

i’m living example of a vegetarian I never fell for vegan because I eat lots of eggs I eat butter and occasionally sourdough very seldom but that has worked quite well for me and sometimes I take fish collagen.
quite often I do vegetable juicing with mainly spinach carrots and celery that does wonders for me as well take a lot of supplements a lot of them are proteins like carnitine and a whole huge list. This has been the best thing I ever did in 1999. I’m over 60 and believe me my genetation looks like my parents and act like my parents… tired….

OMG you have woken me up even more! You make excellent points - compassion is vital for true health. Our energy moves us, so good administration of energy equals health. Stress is toxic, it drains you. What gives you energy? Good sleep, yoga, meditation, ping pong. But people don't connect high sex drive to being healthy or young, because it's intense. Good day, Mr. Asprey. I noticed that the geranylgeraniol is 5mg; would it be beneficial to increase the GG through another supplement to increase testosterone? If advisable, would it be necessary to increase the daily dosage of any or all of the other DAKE/Minerals by the same ratio to balance the daily overall dosage?.

Nothing to do with energy but just something I noticed about how companies use their products. My example is eyebrow pencil. I had chemo, using castor oil my hair grew back even better than before. My eyebrows were thick and beautiful. To add shape I started to use eyebrow pencils. My eyebrows have thinned drastically, so much that I need eyebrow pencil every day. Just food for thought
