My HRV had sucked for years. I added Berberine recently just because I needed something to help with my insulin resistance. My HRV is crazy high now. Maybe research, talk to your doctor it and test it out for yourself Lucas. 😊

Just a suggestion, the Buteyko method is something similar, it also aims to bring you into a more relaxed state overall, it works by breathing less than you feel comfortable with, which makes carbon dioxide concentration increase, which in turn leads to increased tolerance and that means you run out of breath less, breathe quieter and calmer etc.

Doing simple intervals improves HRV. Example: light walk to light jog not past zone 2 for 60 secs, walk for 5 minutes. This is done for 5 sets or cycles.

DO NOT USE POPULATION COMPARISON ON HRV. It's a metric that is a TON more subjective than HR and RHR.
