It's unbelievable how the pain makes you find solutions and thank God I found you guys. I was shocked when you said the most of the patients are younger and not older. I'm 21 years old and I feel kinda awkward with myself for being to young to be feeling this pain.

With the exercises how long would you guys tell I'm going to take to feel okay again?

Was in the gym for the 1st time in 4months, tried doing bent over barbell rows and injured my low back, my back was very painful, it locked out, couldn't walk properly, now 2days after the incident i did these stretches and have significant improvement..

OMG, I was in pain for whole 2 weeks and book physio hope to help relieve the pain. This exercise were able to instantly reduce the pain by 80% straight away. Going to see a physio & doctor soon anyway. But to instantly help is amazing. Thank you.

5 years ago me and my friends were chillin and just for fun he carried me from the ground up and told me to do the same. The moment I picked him up my lower back made a cracking sound and from that day till now I'm in pain. I don't think it's ever gonna go.

for me the pain started randomly this evening and it just kept on increasing, rn it's midnight and I can't even move! worst thing is that tomorrow is an important day for me 💀 so currently I am trying to do every excercise which will reduce my pain until morning. hope this will work, will update you guys in the morning 👍🏼
