I think the best thing about this scene is that a father sees his future self admitting that he “treated his daughter too harshly” where I am assuming the past Thanos agrees that he is being more harsh than he should be on his children, which is why Thanos didn’t execute the past Nebula (knowing she is still loyal to him) or even the future Nebula (possibly to honor his future self), only imprisoning the future daughter. If I was a parent, and I see my future self saying I was too harsh in my parenting methods, I would quickly make positive adjustments to my parenting skills.

Like when 2014 Thanos hears his future self say “I AM INEVITABLE” he smirks, he probably thought- Oh shit that’s a cool line im gona use that

And when Ebony Maw chokes Nebula, Gamora slowly reaches for her sword. She was gona save Nebula if they didn’t stop

I read that in the test audiences, Gamora says something like: “killed by terrans ...” and Thanos mistakes that as if she needs consolation and says something like: “little one, we all die in the end, it matters not who swings the final blow, only if one dies victorious”
Gamora then asks if the terrans killed the others as well, she, Maw, the black order, he says “probably, .... with the help of the duplicate”
Then and only then does Maw chokes Nebula.
If that is true, I wish it made the final cut.

1:29 as he uses his telekinesis to strangle Nebula; you can see Gamora grabbing her sword to protect Nebula. Gamora always loved Nebula, they just had that sibling rivalry (obviously to the extreme). Going back though, if Ebony Maw had tried to actually kill Nebula, Gamora was ready to attack. Idk, that just really show me how much she loved her sister.
