Checking back in, this worked for me so well, I upped my weight by 10 pounds, so I squatted 70 kg and it felt so good. I'll keep pushing till I reach 100 and beyond. Thank you Uncle Ron 💪🏼❤ hope you're keeping safe.

This is definitely one of the most educational videos on squatting. Thank you kind sir for helping me to start enjoy squatting again. Always had problem with lower back trying to stay upright and putting loads of stress on the spine. Will be experimenting with this technique.

I know I am 2 years late but thanky out very much for this Ron ❤ I just started lifting and I have been trying to get down a comfortable squat form for my built. I'm 6'2 and my legs are quite long compared to my torso. I'll be doing that in the gym tomorrow for sure.

You are absolutely right about the pressure on the knee joint. I'm currently suffering with knee pain from bad form, I try my best to focus on my form each time I squat but its hard without a partner to coach me as I can't really look in the mirror at the time lol
