love the consistency....when u go to 25 sec adv tuck and back to 5 sec straddle then again 10 sec straddle to 4 sec planche it takes real mental strength

That wrist injury is surprisingly common in planche despite the compression of the wrist being in the opposite side. I guess it’s the straining stretch that fks it up

Hey great video and the motiation I need😂!
I have two questions
1) How much do you care about eating (calories and protein) and do you take any supplements?
And 2) did you only focus on planche or did you learn some other skills like backlever or frontlever as well?
