How to Season a Brand New Cast Iron Skillet for the 1st Time - Simply Jocelyn

Today we are seasoning a brand new cast iron grill pan from Lodge. Just remember that you only use soaps or cleaners when you first bring your cast iron skillet home, afterwards you use a different set of cleaning products, mostly a scrubbing device and water. This is just for BRAND NEW FRESH OUT OF THE BOX cast iron.
