Learn all 12 Major Scales in Less Than 5 Minutes ( with Tabs)

Hi everyone brand new lesson here so i think people at times can be intimidated by the thought of learning scale , But to be honest its rather simple its so simple i can teach you 12 scales in less than 5 minutes :) So grab your 6 string and lets learn these major scales.

Very good explanation Robert. A lot of people (me included) get frustrated with Scales at first. Different patterns for the same Key at different frets, gets confusing. Then you go into Minor keys, and the modes, exotic scales... then you find someone who explains it well, and you're like, I GET IT!!! Nice job . Peace out.

When I talk to other guitarists about the modes they often glaze over and say that they only use the pentatonic scale. What they don't realise is that they only need to learn seven shapes once and note that they all link together. Its just a case then of changing the root notes to change the mode or shift the position to change the key.

This helped me so much! I had some of the major scales written down, but I never noticed the pattern, and I didn't know it worked for all the major scales, I thought they were all different!

So if I start on the A at the 5th fret on the thicker guage E string with this shape it does not match the major scale pattern I have learned previously. I'm so confused, seems like I'm in a perpetual state of Learning contradictions.
