Useful tip: you inhale through your nose, hold for a bit and then exhale through your nose (it's important) veeeery slowly, long exhales help the nervous system to calm down

In the mornings I practice breathwork for a few minutes, journal, and then do a mindfulness exercise from the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels. It's been helping :)

Has anyone tried Sudarshan Kriya Yoga ? Is it worth it to reduce anxiety?

Yeah, this doesn’t work doing breathing techniques because you are running away from your anxiety when you need to be facing it. You need to have a mindset of what’s causing the fear
