I am finding this practice (done daily) is really helping me drop out of a state of chronic anxiety. This is helping me find clarity on some of the negative thought patterns that I have adopted over the years. With this increasing clarity, I feel like I can finally start addressing them. This has got to be one of my favorites. I love doing the 5 minute one you made recently before work and when I don’t have much time. But it’s nice to be able to just sit and breathe for 20 minute, but I guess you already know all about that 😂

The way you did the half breath out that time really slowed my mind down a lot. My mind was racing before I did the breath work and now my mind is much more calm.
