Manny, saw your video for the first time today. Never before heard of you. I noticed something in your eye that I long for. Looking past your fortune I see a hard working honest man, no pride, only character.
Your passion and experience and how you have applied yourself to get to where you are is such an inspiration. Sure I would like to be rich, but I sense fulfilment when you speak.... that's what I am after, it's the only thing this world can not take away. I trust that the financial aspe t will then follow.

Just watched your first podcast interview and then came here. It was great hearing your story! I had similar hunger when I was younger but I compromised and got lazy. Got my RE license 15 years ago and have been living the (close 4-5 homes in a week or two then chill and do whatever for 6 months for way too long) and I really need to take it to the next level or 10😂. You’re obviously an expert now and I’m sure I could learn a lot from you. But when I turn on the hustle I make a lot happen. So I’m going to set my goals for the week/month/year to make sure I reach it. I gained confidence by working out too! I was 110lbs at 21 then 170 at 22. It gave me the confidence to get into real estate and just put my mind at ease. It still does, 4-5x a week. Mental and physical health is 🥇. Keep up the hustle.
