There was no "allegedly" with Judy and pills. MGM had her and other stars on a cocktail of uppers downers and candy corns so they could work long hours pumping out dozens of films a year. When filming The Wizard of Oz, she lived on chicken soup and black coffee because the producer called her a "fat little pig". Such a sad life.

Putting Gary Coleman in the thumbnail is in bad taste especially the fact that he passed away a decade ago

Judy Garland burst on to the scene long before The Wizard of Oz. It’s her most famous film, but not her breakout movie. She had been performing since she was 3.

Coleman's money was mismanaged and squandered by his parents when he was a child actor. He also suffered from terrible health issues. He should not be disrespected and misrepresented in this video.

Gary Coleman died 12 years ago. I was pretty sure literally everyone knew that.

This is why you should handle your money responsibly, and not spend it frivolously

You guys should have mentioned Nicholas Cage. He was once one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood, and used his massive wealth on ridiculously expensive purchases such as a private island, two European castles, a T-Rex skull, siamese snakes, expensive comic books and so on. His spending habits were so extravagant that he ended up owing money to the IRS, and like Burt Reynolds has had to take pretty much any project that paid well for several years to pay off his debts.

For MC Hammer to blame the IRS on his financial downturn had me in stitches.

It’s so sad how you can be at the top of the entertainment business for one minute, and then suddenly going rock bottom the next. It’s downright tragic, I tell ‘ya!

Coleman was done dirty by everyone. He's not to be disrespected.

Meat Loaf had a seriously rough life even before he began singing. And if I remember correctly, it was also revealed in one of his interviews that the studio he and Jim Steinman worked for had been screwing them over and stoking the fire and exaggerating a lot of things.

Why anyone would trust someone else to spend your own money is beyond me.

To be fair Lady Gaga didn't go bankrupt. She had just made some debt which was later recouped ten-fold.

Rip Gary Coleman shouldn’t be the thumbnail of celebrities “going broke” Have some respect for the dead

The current thumbnail is in poor taste. What do you mean 'now'? Gary Coleman has been dead for twelve years.

A LOT o these folks were cheated by people they trusted. If you get big like that, you have to watch your money like a hawk EVERY day.

The music business is a risky venture because the money is always controlled by someone else and not the artist
