You know what I love with guacamole? YOUR VOICE. It puts me in a trance. Oh my.
I just made this and it's AMAZING. May I make one suggestion? If you have left overs, save the seed and lay in top of the guacamole and cover with saran wrap. This will keep it fresh longer. However it's always best easten fresh, isn't it? I also bought a fresh vegan bakery bread to accompany this. YES, I do live in heaven.

Me and my boyfriend make this amazing guacamole the time!! Super yummie! It's also on our non-vegan friends, which is always such a big hit!

Modification: Since I can't handle spices so well, I swap out the chili for a red bell pepper/capsicum/paprika.

Ugh guac is one of my favorite things! I'm with you, I'm not a big fan of spicy foods. :P I do like to add lemon juice to mine, but lime juice is delicious too!
