We are cocina!
We love food, just like every soul on this planet. But we’ll take hands over fancy silverware, anytime. No jacket required. For a dress code, a smile. Bring on the large gathering, we thrive on noise. We include, not exclude. We eat; therefore, we hang to what seems like forever.
Time is not money, but a chance to spend time together. Fresh is the name of the game. Nature, we share. Processed, we pass. We love the science of simple. Grill it. Boil it. Season it. An ancient indigenous voice channels through abuelita. Red hot, chile green, mole brown,
Rice white or corn yellow. All colors are welcome to the table as long as they are colorful. Why not just relax. We cook to nurture you and your history. We may spice your emotions to tears, but we’ll always feed your heart. Only, if you come, be ready to hug. For the love of our cocina.
