I ran the amplifier and the pedals how I normally would use them. Amp is slightly breaking up. Starting with all controls at noon and tweaking to get them to sound as close as possible to each other.

Literally sounds identical, again. Sure do love the originals for their collectibility etc, but man all these Klones out today are great. I recently sold my second KTR because I have a Centura that sounds identical, but looks way cooler. Thanks for sharing these by the way :)

I see you say that this one isn't your favorite but to my ears this sounds the closest out of all of them you've done!

This might be one of the best Klones I've heard but like every Klon vs Klone shootout I've heard, it's not the "tone"/sound that's different, it's the compression. Again, the Klon was way less compressed than the RYRA. It's one of, if not *the* defining feature of the Klon - it's remarkably uncompressed. This makes it unmatched for use with high/stage volume, with "stacking" pedals with it (it'll only add cut, harmonics and volume - if wanted - while retaining all the dynamics and character of the other pedals and the amp). The uncompressed nature of the Klon Centaur makes it that complex harmonix always survive and *thrive* in demanding situations (again, high volume and/or when pairing with other very "character rich" drives or wild fuzzes). Altbough it can be heard in these demos, it's something that becomes far more apparent when you're physically in the room with it listening and even more so when you're the player using the Klon and you can literally *feel* the presence and dynamics under your fingers. It's a totally different ball of wax. I'd hazard a guess that 99% of the people dismissing it have never played one, couldn't buy it if they did and I'd bet 97% of *them* have never even seen one.

Sounds like the Klon has a slight mid push and bit more saturation at 12- does it feel any different on playing? I.e. response, pick attack etc

To be honest I tried out a Klon Centaur the other day and it felt like such a let down. It's overly hyped for no reason.
All it did was boost and add a slight minimal gain at best...

Can you please compare the Centaur and the Ehx Soulfood?

Ryra or the Ceritatone ? Both sound 95% of the original. Would be interesting to see a ryra vs ceriatone

Guitarists would be a lot better if they stopped nitpicking tonal changes in the tiny tiny tiny tiny differences we see here and spent more time just practicing playing their instruments.

So they SOUND the same but do they REACT the same when you play?

U demo these all wrong. U need a Valve amp with a good overdrive distortion .these klone are only a boost with gain turn down
