The Supreme Court has asked Congress, COMELEC, and Bongbong Marcos to comment within 15 days regarding the petition to cancel the presumptive president's COC. However, Congress is all set to proclaim the winners as early as next week and will take a break until June.

Former IBP president Egon Cayosa explains how the timing of both events will not affect the decision of the Supreme Court.
