A LITTLE TRANSCRIPT from the 22:51 advice that I want to share with you guys:

So most people wake up every morning and their thinking about their problems. These are always in the past and have an emotion attached to them. Your thoughts and feelings are your state of being, so before you know it you are stuck in an emotion and a thought from the past. You start feeling unhappy, or unworthy, or whatever. If you live from a familiar past, then you get a predictable future. So you get your phone and start doing all the things you are used to do, get coffee, take a shower, drive to work etc. You have lost your free will to a program.

So if you start your day, first ask yourself this single question:

- WHAT IS THE GREATEST IDEAL OF MYSELF THAT I CAN BE TODAY?

Your body will be like: "Hey listen, you gotta get a cup of coffee, I'm tired", and you gotta go "Ah, ah, ah, no, body, your not the mind. I'm the mind right now. Your gonna sit here, I'm gonna feed you, get you your cup of coffee, etc. But right now, this is my time and you're gonna obey me."

Everytime the body wants to get up, do something, and you are aware of it, and keep it in place, back to the present moment, that's a victory. You change the habit pattern of your mind.

So then, ask yourself, write down:

- HOW YOU THINK. 4 thoughts that you will be conscious of the whole day (I can't, it's too hard, etc.)

- HOW YOU SPEAK. 4 things you wanna change.

- HOW YOU ACT. 4 things you wanna change. (Complain, blame, make excuses, etc.)

- WHAT EMOTIONS DO YOU LIVE BY? Is it possible that you're so used to feeling guilty that you don't even recognize it anymore. Become conscious of it and write down 4 emotions you wanna change.

Become conscious of all those things and review them. And say "this is the OLD SELF!"

Then say:

- WHAT THOUGHTS DO I WANNA START FIRING AND WIRING IN MY BRAIN? And start firing and wiring them, start feeling it!
- WHAT BEHAVIOURS WILL I DEMONSTRATE TODAY?
- WHAT CHOICES WILL I MAKE?
- One day, one lifetime. Rehearse the whole entire thing. Begin to install the neurological hardware in your brain. And if you keep installing it, the hardware will become software and you're gonna start thinking and acting in that way.

And here's the tough part:

- CAN YOU TEACH YOUR BODY EMOTIONALLY WHAT YOUR FUTURE WILL FEEL LIKE BEFORE IT'S MADE MANIFEST?
- And DON'T get up until you feel that way.

Now, practice that for a few days, see if you can stay in that state, and watch all of the sudden those weird doors opening for you.

And finally, take up time at the end of your day, before you lay down, and GIVE THANKS FOR YOUR LIFE. FEEL GRATITUDE. And really teach your body what it feels like. Gratitude means you are receiving something. It is the ultimate state of receiving. People only accept believe and surrender to the thoughts equal to their emotional state. So if you are in a state of gratitude then the body will accept your input. Otherwise it will reject it.

Lastly, take time, whenever it is, SIT DOWN AND CLOSE YOUR EYES, AND BEGIN TO JUST OPEN YOUR AWARENESS, TO THE SPACE AROUND YOU, AND JUST SENSE IT, PAY ATTENTION TO IT, BECOME MORE AWARE OF IT. The act of opening your awareness reduces stress-hormones, and creates good brain states.

I love this man! I have been doing the Blessings of the energy centres meditation daily for 4 weeks now. When I started I was in a bad place. Severe depression relapse and anxiety. I have been on antidepressants for over 20 years, I have tried to get off them but always relapse and have to increase my dose back up. I thought I was going to have to increase my antidepressant dose again but came across Dr Joe Dispenza 4 weeks ago. I made a decision to do the meditation daily. Everyday I said I will give to to the end of the week and if I am still in severe anxiety I will go back up in my antidepressants. Everyday I said one more day and kept practicing the meditation. Here I am now 4 weeks later, I feel so much better and I never needed to increase the antidepressants for the first time in over 2 decades. Thanks to Dr Joe Dispenza 🙏❤️

I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder in 2021, which led me being laid of from my job in 2022. Has been taking medications since than but it didn't really make a difference. Just one week ago I came upon the videos of Dr Dispenza and started practicing daily meditations in the morning and at night. Since than I feel incredibly improved. I also speak positive energy to myself throughout the day. Thank you so much for changing my life.

I have to be in a childlike state to enter the energy field. Therefore, making forgiveness my meditation mantra, gets me there every time. The field is so powerful.

I watch this and I cry because I'm so grateful for Joe. This is so profound, that everything in your life is from you and that when you let go of that and be grateful, thankful and surrender with intention... Crazy to say this works. It's as simple as change your mind and it changes everything. I started with meditation and gratitudes. Then I started to actually feel that gratitude for it. Then I started seeing things in life that really reinforced it. Then I started feeling the energies in my waking day. It works, just start. Start with when you wake, when you sleep, gratitude and meditate. The only thing I lost is my negative mindset 💯 lmfao! Good riddance. That thing only fed me sickness and misery.

Thank you both for sharing this information! I've been listening to your conversations and had practiced opening my awareness. I was just in a situation, that in the past has over whelmed me with guilt and depression and I would be trapped for days. This time I heard Joe in my head "the ship is sinking! But I just surrender." And I surrendered and prayed for help to resist the sadness and asked for what I needed to change the situation in a good way and everything changed. I was in such a state of peace and calm that not only was I able to remain in a beautiful place, but I was able to encourage my husband out of his depression and we had a beautiful moment together and we are no longer suffering from that. Thank you!

This happens to me when my heart is grateful and clear my mind when i manifest. Subconsciously your manifestation is always in your mind but your positive vision will come in time. Be patient and grateful that it’s coming. It will happen when you least expect it. Thank you Dr Dispensa for your teaching. I sense the passion you have to teach others this awareness. ❤️

There was a period I felt such pain for the suffering I saw. I cried my heart out for a week. One morning after that, when I woke up in the morning, my entire body was vibrating, it was from that point I became completely aware that the universe watching me, aware of me, and supported me. It was after seeing so many things happen that might be called “coincidences”, lining up one after another. The moment I acknowledged the universe was for me, the most amazing things started happening, serendipitous events would happen and what I wanted would appear in front of me, that which my heart desired. What an amazing time in my life, and I’m working on getting back to that vibrational place.

Great info. Something I learnt years ago is that if you have a cold or flu, don't take drugs or anything like that, just do a water fast for a day or two. Normally the cold will already be healed by the end of the first day you fast.
